Cookies, Google Analytics 4 & Meta Pixel

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure how visitors use this site and to understand which content is useful. We also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Both tools are only loaded when you explicitly opt in via the consent banner.

Cookies set on opt-in: _ga, _ga_3NHHTH89DY (GA4, 13 months), _fbp, _fbc (Meta Pixel, 90 days), and fr (on facebook.com domain). IP addresses are anonymised on the GA4 side. We do not run Google Signals, GA ad-personalisation, or cross-device GA tracking. The Meta Pixel is used for campaign measurement only — no Custom Audiences, no Conversions API server-side enhancement.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the sx-consent-v1 entry in your browser storage — the banner will reappear.

Outbound clicks

When you click a link to Eventbrite (ticket purchase) or monday.com (exhibitor enquiries), GA4 logs the click as an event so we can measure ticketing and lead conversion. Only the click is logged; the destination site (Eventbrite / monday.com) has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR Art. 15-22 you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Contact: info@sxfestival.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Klicks auf externe Anbieter

Wenn du auf einen Link zu Eventbrite (Ticketkauf) oder zu monday.com (Aussteller-Anfragen) klickst, wird der Klick in GA4 als Event protokolliert, damit wir Ticketing- und Lead-Conversion messen können. Geloggt wird ausschließlich der Klick; die Zielseite (Eventbrite / monday.com) hat eine eigene Datenschutzerklärung.

Deine Rechte

Nach Art. 15-22 DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit sowie ein Widerspruchsrecht. Kontakt: info@sxfestival.com. Beschwerden kannst du bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde einreichen.
